There are four ways you can help the group and other members:​​
 

  1. Send a donation via a BACS online bank transfer:

  2. Write a cheque payable to 'Jigsaw' and bring it to a meeting
     

  3. Fundraise for us
     

  4. ...and/or just come to our next meeting and share your experiences and advice

On behalf of the committee and fellow members of Jigsaw, we would like to say a big THANK YOU for your kind donation. Every £ raised helps us to help more people who have loved ones with mental health issues and are not sure where to go for support, guidance and information.

 

Thanks to you, we can make sure they don't struggle alone.
